SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

Orders with Standard Shipping Typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they can be shipped. Expedited orders placed before 12:00 pm PST (3:00 pm EST) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are not business days and are excluded form processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

 

You may select from Standard Shipping (2-10 business days), 3 Business Days, 2 Business Days, or 1 Business Day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Credit card authentication and address verification must be received prior to shipping and order. Please note that credit card authentication can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use UPS and USPS for domestic orders, and USPS for international orders. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. A follow up email will be sent if the merchandise you selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information provided for credit verification.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

All returned items must still have the original tags on them. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. We accept returns for an online credit when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.

 

If any return does not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. Items that appear worn, have stains or pet hair, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet odors, etc. will not be accepted. If this occurs, you will be subject to additional shipping costs.

How to send your return package

Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated. Complete the return form that comes on your order invoice receipt and include it inside all boxes you are returning. Securely package your items. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed return form. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Paige Foggin the label. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please reach out to our customer service department at orders@paigefogginthelabel.com so that they can help you with a return label

Return Packaging 

You are free to return your item(s) in the original packaging or whatever packaging you choose. Please do not staple any bags, as it can damage the item(s). Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.

Refunds & Processing

You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 24 business hours of your return's arrival at our Online Division. It can take up to two weeks to fully process your return and reimbursement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

The Personal Information we collect is used to fulfill your orders. The information collected to do so include but not limited to, your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and financial information. We value your trust in us and will do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and security of each transaction completed.

Paige Foggin the label does not retain financial information, other than possibly the last four digits of your credit card number. Our payment method is managed by PayPal, so all credit card information on our site is processed through PayPal and they will process the transaction and retain record of it. The transaction will be processed only using the financial information you provided.
